Evidence in a casino dispute has an unusual property: most of it is only capturable before you know you need it. A page is rewritten overnight, a chat window closes without an export, and terms that said one thing in July say another in September with no version history for anybody to consult. What survives is what you saved.
One thing to be clear about before any of the detail: this is an independent guide, not the operator. It takes no deposits, holds no balances, runs no games and cannot look up an account, release a payout or answer for anybody else’s terms. Everything below is read from records that are published and dated, so that where you need to act you can go straight to the body that can actually help.
Three moments, and two of them pass
The first card is the one nobody does, and it is the most valuable: the account state before anything goes wrong. A screenshot of the balance with the date visible, the bonus terms as they read on the day you accepted them, and the address bar in the same frame. Ten seconds at the start, and it is the only proof that will ever exist of what the terms said when you agreed to them.
The second card is the transaction itself: request time, amount, rail, the confirmation screen, and the matching line on your own bank statement. That last item is the one a bank cares about most, because it is a record they already hold and can match. The third card — correspondence — is usually the only one people do capture, and it is the weakest of the three on its own.
What to capture, when the window for it closes, and how much each item is actually worth in a dispute.
| Item | When to capture | Where it lives afterwards | Value to a bank |
|---|---|---|---|
| Balance with date visible | Before any dispute | Your device only | High |
| Bonus terms as accepted | The day you accept them | Your device only | High |
| Deposit lines on your statement | Any time | Your bank holds it | Highest |
| Withdrawal request confirmation | The moment you request | Your device and possibly your email | High |
| Chat transcript, exported | Before closing the window | Your device only | Medium |
| Emails with full headers | Any time | Your mailbox | Medium |
| The page as it read that day | The day you read it | Your device only | Medium |
What is left a month later
It is worth seeing the attrition rather than reading about it, because the instinct is to assume anything important can be retrieved. Almost none of it can. Nothing about a casino account is held by a third party except the money movements, and those are held by your bank rather than by anybody in the transaction.
The coloured squares are yours: screenshots you took, statements your bank holds, emails in your own mailbox. The grey is everything that existed only inside a session or on a page that has since been edited. Note where the chat transcript sits — barely surviving, because unless it was exported at the time it is gone the moment the window closes. The support page explains why an exported transcript is worth so much more than a typed-up summary.
Using it
Every figure on this page was read on 31 August 2026: the regulator’s blocked-address list downloaded whole and counted, registry records pulled for each address carrying the name, and four pages trading under it rendered in a browser. None of it is permanent. Addresses lapse and are replaced, a bonus page is rewritten overnight and a game count changes when somebody edits a template. Treat what follows as a dated snapshot rather than a standing description, and re-run anything that would cost you money.
Evidence is only useful pointed somewhere. The complaints page sets out the two routes that exist and what each can reach; the reporting page covers what the regulator does with a report about a service. Before either, check which gate the payout actually failed at, because the answer changes what you are claiming. And if the request is still pending rather than refused, the pending page is the one to read first — including the daily screenshot habit, which is exactly this page’s advice applied while there is still time.
